A Celtic Sojourn has been broadcast on WGBH-FM for over 20 years. It presents traditional and contemporary music from around the Celtic World in the friendly, informal style its host, Brian O'Donovan has become known for. In recent years, the program has expanded its offerings to include CDs, and live concerts. A yearly series called A Christmas Celtic Sojourn, and concert called A St. Patrick's Day Celtic Sojourn have been played to sold-out houses in Boston. The new DVD and CD, "A Christmas Celtic Sojourn, Live" will be aired on PBS station throughout the country in November/December 2007 and the live concert will expand from Boston to New York City.
