Samantha Gets a Visitor, Samantha can't wait for her city-slicker cousin, Lisa, to arrive for the weekend. While Sam has discovered music and makeup, Lisa is only interested in cows and fishing and nature. When they go on a fishing trip, they find themselves alone and lost in the woods.

Jeff Finds a Friend: Jeffrey is supposed to be the smartest kid in the class, and he's mortified when Connie, who claims she never studies, beats him on a math test—in fact, she bets that she can beat him on the next one, too. All the kids are cheering for Connie—Jeffrey's such a nerd, all he ever thinks about is marks. The night before the test, though, all his study plans are ruined when Griff arrives asking for help on the work Jeffrey already knows. He just can't afford to take the time to talk to Griff, not if he's going to win that bet. Kids will identify with the exam terror that creeps over Degrassi Street, and learn along with Jeffrey that there's more than one way to win.
