The Posit Science Home Primer for Brain Fitness is a booklet that contains scientifically designed activities that serve as an introduction to how your brain works and how cognitive abilities are assessed. There are four activities in the Home Primer: What's the Difference measures visual attention; Memorizing Directions measures how well people can remember instructions; Symbol Arithmetic involves several complex brain processes at once; and Find the Missing Piece engages abstract reasoning skills. Each activity also has a section that explains the science behind it.
